HSEO organized the inaugural DSO Day on June 10, complementing the annual Heads and DSO Meeting in November/December. The event successfully brought together 45 DSO/DDSO representatives, representing approximately 32% of the total, to deepen their understanding of safety responsibilities and enhance their knowledge of key safety topics. The program featured presentations, case studies, and interactive group activities. As part of the event, three department heads were invited to present long service awards to their respective DSOs, recognizing their valuable contributions. DSO Day will continue to be organized to support departmental safety initiatives and promote cross-departmental engagement.
